*If the program does not reach the minimum number of students required, this program is subject to cancellation and refunds will be given less the convenience fees if registration was made and paid for online. This is usually $5 – $9.

**If a child is withdrawn from the program only $50 will be refunded. This is because our organization incurs expenses at startup for this program such as hiring, equipment, curriculum supplies and printing that are non-refundable.
